MB Bäuerle GmbH is being restructured through an asset deal within the GUK Group to emerge from insolvency. This transaction not only secures business operations, preserves all existing employment relationships, and ensures the company’s continuity but also lays a solid foundation for future growth and success. "We are relieved and can finally breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that we have secured the future of our company and the jobs of our remaining employees. This was only possible through the close collaboration of all parties involved. As of February 1, MB-TecSolutions GmbH, also part of the GUK Group, will take over the operational business of the insolvent MB Bäuerle GmbH at its St. Georgen location in the Black Forest. The workforce was informed about this in December during an employee meeting. "This step ensures that from February onwards, we can resume operations in a 'business-as-usual' mode, free from insolvency proceedings. Not only will we leave the challenges of insolvency behind us, but we can also look to the future with confidence," says Managing Director Stefanie Glunk.
